Our place is great - hardwood floors in the living room and the bedrooms; full kitchen w/ appliances including fridge and dishwasher; washer and dryer too; water is paid for, so is landscaping and garbage/recycling. And there's plenty of street parking, right in front of our house.
There's a park at the end of our block with two baseball diamonds, a basketball court and a tennis court that's lit until 10:30pm every night. The Culver City bike path starts there too - it's a 7 mile ride to Playa del Rey and the ocean.
We're about a 5 minute walk from Father's Office and the Helms Bakery plaza, and close to downtown Culver City too. It's really a great area, and my roommates really, truly appreciate it's worth, because they're awesome.
